ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the appeal memorandum dated 18.06.2012.
2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
memorandum dated 18.06.2012 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the third respondent and after giving them opportunity of hearing, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
