This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the presence of the petitioner is required for completion of enquiry, as the enquiry itself has not been completed.

3.Recording the said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed directing the petitioner to cooperate with the respondent police for enquiry.
