These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the petitions to restore W.P.Nos.6372 & 6378 of 2013, which were dismissed for default on 07.11.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, this Court is of the opinion that these petitions have to be allowed on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- each to the Madras High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. On payment of cost, the restoration application may be numbered and listed for hearing.
