2.The Respondent, Mr.S.Saravanakumar, is present through Video Conferencing.

3.This Court, by order dated 14.08.2025, allowed the criminal revision case and the matter has been posted today for reporting compliance regarding the deposit of the cheque amount. From the receipts produced, it is seen that a sum of Rs.2,07,200/- was deposited on 26.11.2021 and a further sum of Rs.8,28,800/-, as per receipt dated 27.10.2025, has been deposited before the Judicial Magistrate, FTC, Magistrate Level, Tiruppur. Hence, the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court dated 14.08.2025. 4.In view of the above, no further orders are required in this criminal revision case.
