This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.27 of 2024 registered by the first respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 332, 353 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur on 05.01.2025 and the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
