ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 30.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent Police. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a copy of the fresh complaint dated 30.04.2015 to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. 4.With the above observation, this petition is closed.
