This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.334 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Podhanur Police Station, Coimbatore City.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Madhukarai, on 12.02.2025.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
