O R D E R

Challenging the impugned notice dated 29.01.2024 issued by the 2nd respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking quashment of the same and for a consequential direction to the 1st Respondent to serve the Petitioner the Appeal Proceedings of the 1st Respondent dated 11.12.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, pursuant to the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 11.12.2023, the impugned show cause notice dated 29.01.2024 was issued by the 2nd respondent. However, during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 11.12.2023 was recalled and remanded back to the 2nd respondent for fresh consideration vide order dated 04.03.2024. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
