Taluk, Tiruvallur District consisting of 0.49 cents of land and recover the said land for the purpose of National Highways.

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2009 and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take suitable action against the respondents 6 and 7 for the creation of forged documents and claiming the ownership of the lands in respect of the Survey No.148 and 148/1 of Thathanankuppam, Ring Road, Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District consisting of 0.49 cents of land and recover the said land for the purpose of National Highways.
2. Heard Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.I.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 by producing a letter of the Tahsildar, Ambattur dated 29.04.2017 would state that the representation of the petitioner was considered and the encroachers have been removed. The said letter is taken on file.
