Contempt Petitions filed to punish the respondent for deliberate disobedience and violation of the order passed in W.P.Nos.22183 of 2017 dated 21.09.2017, W.P.No.24460 of 2017 dated 19.09.2017, W.P.No.24322 of 2017 dated 19.09.2017, W.P.No.24321 of 2017 dated 19.09.2017 and W.P.No.24323 of 2017 dated 19.09.2017 respectively by this Court.

For Petitioners : Mr.K.Mohanamurali For Respondent : Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu C O M M O N O R D E R It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by passing a Memorandum dated 12.10.2017. He has also produced a copy of the same.

2. If the petitioners are aggrieved against the said order, it is open to them to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

However, as the order passed in the writ petitions has been complied with by passing the present Memorandum dated 12.10.2017, all the contempt petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners as stated supra. No costs.
