Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Election Notification dated 25.01.2021 published by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as ultra vires, unconstitutional and non-est in the eyes of law and further direct the 3rd respondent to conduct election for the Committee of Managemenr for the Karaikal Co-operative Building Society 1 / 4
(P.No.87) for the period commencing from 01.07.2021 to 30.06.2024 in accordance with law by giving reservation to the women and for weaker sections among the members as envisaged under Sec.32 (2) (3) (ii) of The Puducherry Co-Operative Societies Act 1972.
