ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed seeking direction to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2025 and consequently, remove the lock and seal order, on the petitioner's property, issued on 16.09.2023.
2. In the order passed earlier, we had observed that it is a case of checkered history of litigation, which is reflected from various orders passed by this Court as well as Supreme Court. This Court further recorded that in any case, no finding has been recorded by the Corporation.
3. It is pertinent to mention here that earlier, when lock and seal notice was issued, petitioner approached this Court by way of writ petition and it was dismissed.
4. The order passed by this Court on earlier date of hearing was subsequent to the lock and seal notice dated 16.09.2023. However, it appears that on that aspect, no arguments were advanced before this Court. Therefore, no direction can be issued in a separate petition. Petitioner, if so advised, may take other appropriate remedy.
5. Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA, CJ) (G.ARUL MURUGAN,J) 05.03.2026 Index :
