O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2014 and to investigate the same and to file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.On reading of the complaint dated 11.03.2014, it is seen that the petitioner's mother was owning 0.20 cents of land and that out of the said land, she had given power of attorney to one Singaraj in respect of 0.10 cents of land and the said person has not given proper accounts. It is alleged by the petitioner that on 01.03.2014, the said Singaraj came with his son and threatened and also punched him. In this connection, a complaint has been given on 11.03.2014, which reveals that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispute essentially appears to be in connection with rendition of accounts. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police in regard to the petitioner's complaint. 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
