These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant, viz., Sekaran (ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant and (iii) to bring the petitioners 1 to 4 on record as appellants 2 to 5 the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. (iv) to appoint the 1st petitioner S.Geetha as the next friend and guardian of her son Minor M.S.Karthik, viz., the 4th petitioner herein.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, post this matter after two weeks.
