..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order dated 15.12.2025 of the second respondent in Ref.No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.9978/2023/A4 in M.P.No.145 of 2023 and quash the same.

ORDER
The writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 15.12.2025 passed in M.P.No.145 of 2023.
2. Since an alternative remedy of filing a revision before the appropriate authorities is available, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
3. At this juncture, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that she has urgently approached this Court because anytime today or tomorrow the authorities are threatening to take possession of the property.
4. In view of the same, this writ petition stands disposed of with the following directions:- (i) Since the 90 days limitation period has not expired, it is open to the petitioner to file a revision before the appropriate authority along with an interim prayer and it is for the authority to consider the interim prayer on merits in accordance with law.
(ii) Ten days time from today, that is up to 16.02.2026, is granted to the petitioner to file the revision and move the revisionary authority. Thereafter, the
parties will be governed by the interim orders that may be passed by the appropriate authority. Until 16.02.2026, possession need not be taken from the petitioner.
(iii) Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 06-02-2026 NSL To
