Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2019 for issuance of revised Patta bearing No.11690 by rectifying the extent as 0.41 Cents instead of 0.29 cents in Survey No.304/1A situate at Avalapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District in his name within the time to be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.09.2019 and to make necessary rectification in the revenue records with respect to the subject property.

The case of the petitioner is that a mistake had occurred in the revenue records during the UDR Scheme and a representation was made by the petitioner on 03.09.2019 to the first respondent and there was absolutely no progress in the enquiry and therefore, left with no other alternative, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court. 3.

Heard Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.09.2019 and conduct an enquiry after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 and final orders shall be passed strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant documents and a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
