When it is pointed out by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that due to bifurcation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Districts, the property is now transferred from the jurisdiction of the Tahsildar, Chengalpattu Taluk to the Tahsildar, Vandalur Taluk, with effect from 01.01.2020, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make fresh application to the concerned authority and work out his remedies in that regard. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
