Respondents PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of Pension and Pensionary Benefits as per Revised Pension Rules, by taking into account, the 50% of the casual labourer services rendered between 01.02.1983 and 01.07.1999 and the entire services rendered after being brought into regular establishment up to the date of death on 17.06.2011, in all making it as 19 years of qualifying services for the purpose of arriving at pension and other benefits and for grant of consequential family pension benefits to the petitioner forthwith.
