W.M.P.No.4634 of 2022 in W.P.No.6765 of 2016 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This W.M.P. is filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 04.10.2021 for nonprosecution made in W.P.No.6765 of 2016 and consequently, restore the same.

2.Mr.L.S.M. Hasen Pizal, Standing Counsel (Wakf Board) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 have no objection in ordering this W.M.P.

3.In view of the no objection given by the learned Standing Counsel (Wakf Board) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this W.M.P. is ordered and W.P.No.6765 of 2016 and connected Miscellaneous Petitions are restored to file.

4.Post the Writ Petition on 18.04.2022.
