Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to sanction pension to me which is payable to my wife Mrs. B.Mariamma.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondent to sanction family pension to the Petitioner to which he is entitled after the death of his wife, viz., B.Mariamma, on 21.05.2021.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the application of the Petitioner for the grant of family pension could not be considered due to lack of certain particulars, but the same have been furnished by him today and further action would be taken for sanction of family pension to him and communicated by 31.03.2022. It shall be ensured that the eligible amount of family pension is paid to the Petitioner on due dates from 01.04.2022 onwards and the arrears are disbursed by 30.06.2021. It shall also be incumbent upon the Petitioner to furnish any other particulars or necessary clarification that may be required by the Respondent from him.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
