ORDER
This petition has been filed to issue suitable directions to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the complaints given by the petitioner's wife P.Amutha.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the office of the public prosecutor sent several messages to the respondent herein calling for instructions, despite which, they have not received any instructions.
4. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.13352 of 2015 not to harass the petitioner, unless there is a complaint from any one disclosing the commission of a cognizable offence.
