The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the fair judgement and decree dated 11.06.2014 of the III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai made in C.M.A.No.76 of 2013 confirming the fair and decreetal order passed by the II Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A.No.411 of 2013 in O.S.No.174 of 2013 and thereby allow this Civil Revision Petition. This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair judgement and decree dated 11.06.2014 on the file of the III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai made in C.M.A.No.76 of 2013 confirming the fair and decreetal order passed by the II Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A.No.411 of 2013 in O.S.No.174 of 2013 and thereby allow this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for both sides submit that the parties have been settled the matter out of court by way of a Memorandum of Compromise dated 23.01.2021. The said Memorandum of Compromise is part and parcel of the order.
