Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prays for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to complete the conciliation proceeding in a time bound manner and consequently, to direct the 3rd respondent to suitably prevent the 2nd respondent Union, their members, office bearers, agents and outside supporter, from assembling within a radius of 200 meters of the Petitioner's factory premises from preventing the free ingress and egress of men, materials and vehicles.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
