ORDER
This petition has been filed to issue suitable directions to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the complaints given by the petitioner's wife P.Amutha.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted on instructions of the respondent police that there is no petition or complaint against the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner, unless, there is a complaint from any one disclosing the commission of a cognizable offence.
5. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
