ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioners seek for an early disposal of their appeal, dated 24.11.2025, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent, the petitioners have preferred the aforesaid appeal dated 24.11.2025 before the 1st respondent. Since the same was not disposed of till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioners' appeal is directed to be disposed of by the 1st respondent, on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expresssing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' appeal, dated 24.11.2025. Page No.2 of 5

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners' appeal, dated 24.11.2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent and any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, and by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
