ORDER

The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.615 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Neyvelli.

2. The petitioner married the respondent on 06.09.2018. Thereafter, due to difference of opinion the parties separated and the respondent herein had filed HMOP.NO.615 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry, seeking dissolution of marriage.

3. The petitioner would submit that presently she is living with her parents at their residence at Neyvelli. She cannot travel around 150 Kms to attend every hearing. The petitioner would submit that it is very difficult for her both physically and financially to travel to Pondicherry for attending the hearing. Therefore, the petition. 2/5

4. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.

5. Considering the difficulty of the petitioner particularly the fact that she is not receiving any maintenance from the respondent, the transfer petition is allowed as prayed for.
