This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the 1st respondent address as State Rep by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Konganapuram, Sub Division Salem District instead of State rep by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Konganathapuram Sub Division, Salem; The 2nd respondent as Inspector of Police, Konganapurm Police Station, Salem District, (Crime No.424 of 2024) instead of State Rep by the Inspector of Police, Konganathapuram, Salem District, Crime No.424

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 21.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3108 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1353 of 2025, extended time for the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court by one week. However, the order copy was received by the petitioner only on 28.02.2025. Hence, he prayed for extension of time to surrender before the Trial Court.

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Paragraph No.3 of the order dated 21.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3108 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1353 of 2025, shall read as follows :

"3. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. Time is extended for the petitioners to surrender before the Trial Court till 17.03.2025."
