C.M.P.No.4536 of 2024 in S.A.No.564 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI, J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by Sellammal to implead the sister of the appellant in the above Second Appeal. The petitioner claims right in the suit properties in view of the amendment to the Hindu Succession Act 39 of 2005 especially to Section 6 of the Act.

2. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the application. The Learned Counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this application. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. Post the Second Appeal on 05.03.2024 under the caption "For Orders."
