C.M.P.No.3600 of 2023 in SA.SR.No.49473 of 2022 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 265 days in representing the second appeal in SA.SR.No.49473 of 2022.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stands automatically cancelled.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the petition, if it is otherwise in order.
