This petition is filed to pass an order extending the time for depositing the amount of Rs.1,54,297/- as per the interim order made in W.M.P.No.13356 of 2019 in W.P.No.13238 of 2019 dated 29.04.2019.

2.It is seen that vide order dated 29.04.2019 in W.M.P.No.13356 of 2019 interim stay was granted, on condition of deposit of Rs.1,54,297/-.

As the deposit was not made the interim stay was vacated as early as on 17.10.2023. As the interim stay was vacated, the petition for extension of time cannot be entertained. In view of the same, the petition for extending the time for depositing the amount is dismissed.

3.Post the main case for final disposal on 25.03.2024.
