This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27928 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025 that the petitioner should report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for the period of four months and apart from that he shall appear for the hearing before the trial court regularly without fail.

3.This Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of four months by order dated 23.01.2025. In such circumstances, the Petition for relaxation would not lie. Hence this Petition is dismissed.
