Review Application is filed to review the order passed in C.R.P No. 1214 of 2021 dated 21.12.2024 on the file of the Honble High Court, Madras.

2. Today, 30.04.2025, when the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Review Applicant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Review Application and she has also made endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Considering the request and endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the Review Applicant, this Review Application is dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted to the Review Applicant to file a fresh Review Application on the same cause of action.

4. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the Review Applicant less commission, if any. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
