Crl.M.P.No.2739 of 2020 in Crl.A.SR.No.6413 of 2020 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., This petition has been filed by Accused Nos.3 & 4/Appellants to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the appeal.

2.According to the petitioners they are in jail, they could not contact their family members and handover a copy of the judgment to file appeal and hence there was a delay of 23 days in filing appeal. It appears that the said reason is acceptable one. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

3.In the result, this petition is allowed.
