This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime 1/4

No.82 of 2023 pending investigation before the first respondent Police. 2.When the matter came up for hearing on 23.02.2024 there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and hence he matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that all the four accused are having previous cases and the list of cases pending against them was also furnished before this Court. That apart, it was also submitted that the accused persons are involved in threatening the witnesses. 4.In the light of the above submission, this Court does not find any merits in this criminal original petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
