Company under liquidation is 'Tan India Limited' (hereinafter 'said company' for brevity).
2. Instant application has been taken out by one of the ExDirectors of said Company.
3. Mr.B. Ravi Raja, learned counsel for applicant/Ex-Director is before this Court. Learned Deputy Official Liquidator representing the Official Liquidator (respondent No.1), is before this Court and submits that the Official Liquidator may please be permitted to file a report regarding liquidation proceedings qua said company, but there is no objection to have Life Insurance Corporation of India impleaded as the 4th respondent in the main Company Petition.
4. The second and third respondents namely International Asset Reconstruction Corporation Private Limited and ICICI Bank Limited have not chosen to come before this Court to oppose this application.
5. As far as proposed party to be impleaded as fourth respondent in the main Company Petition is concerned, namely Life Insurance
Corporation of India, Ms.S.Bhargavi, learned counsel representing Mr.B.Deepak Narayanan with address for service at Room 3, 3rd floor, National LIC Building, NSC Bose Road, Parrys,Chennai - 600 001 is before this Court and learned counsel submits that they have instructions to say 'no objection' to this application and also they will file vakalatnama on or before 08.04.2019. This is recorded.
6. In the light of the narrative supra, considering the innocuous nature of the prayer, in the light of the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the instant application and submissions made by learned counsel Mr.B.Ravi Raja, instant application is ordered as prayed for.
7. Learned counsel for applicant to carry out necessary and consequential amendments within a fortnight from today i.e., by 12.04.2019 and serve amended copies on all concerned. Application is ordered as prayed for.
