This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.7(b) of an order of this Court, dated 28.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26093 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner shall continue with the condition imposed by an order dated 28.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26093 of 2023. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any relaxation to the petitioner herein.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
