The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition

has become M. DURAISWAMY,J., sr infructuous for the reason that the petitioner had handed over the possession to the respondent/landlord. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
