(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C. in Crime No. not known of 2021 and now he has filed this petition seeking for anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no case and petition pending against the petitioner before the respondent police station.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
