(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) We direct the petitioner to implead Thiru M.Ramu, whose seniority is under challenge as a party to the Writ Petition in view of the fact that any order passed herein would affect the seniority of the said Ramu.

2. There shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order dated 28.11.2018 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents is directed to produce the relevant file relating to the revision of seniority including the report submitted by the Administrative Committee constituted by the learned Principal District Judge for considering the revision.
