ORDER

This petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking for a direction to learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpet, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail petition on the same day in connection with P.R.C.No.2 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhuranthagam.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and also learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that case has been registered for the offences under sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 427, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C r/w Section 3(1)(X) of SC and ST Act 1989.

4. Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to surrender before learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of one week from today and on such surrender, the Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpet shall consider the bail petition if any moved by petitioner on the same day and pass order in accordance with law.
