The learned counsel for the writ petitioners states that when the batch of writ petitions were taken up for final hearing, the case bundle of W.P.No. 17964 of 2013 was mixed up with the batch of cases and a common order was passed along with the other writ petitions. Subsequently, it was found that the relief sought for and the grounds raised in W.P. No. 17964 of 2013 is unconnected with the batch of cases decided on 18.09.2018 in W.P. No. 11596 of 2013 etc.

In view of the fact that the writ petition in W.P. No. 17964 of 2013 is unconnected with the batch of writ petitions decided, the order passed on 18.09.2018 is recalled only in respect of W.P. No. 17964 of 2013 and the Registry is directed to list this writ petition before the appropriate Court for final hearing.
