(CRIME NO.4719 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.693/2021 in Crl.OP.No.19035/2020, order dated 03.02.2021 that "appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30a.m. until further order" it may be modify that to appear before any other police station in southern district on every Sunday at 10.30a.m. until further order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.CHAKKARAVARTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.SHANMUGA RAJESWARAN, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.693 of 2021 dated 03.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19035 of 2020 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned Counsels, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.693 of 2021 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

03.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19035 of 2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
