Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned proceedings having Na.Ka.Pa3/10860/2021 dated 07.06.2022 issued by the third respondent revising the panel and impugned proceedings having Na.Ka.Pa2/1736/2020 dated 13.06.2022 passed by the third respondent revising the seniority of the petitioner and the consequential proceedings issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore the petitioner in the 2016-2017 panel along with original seniority list in its previous correct position enabling the petitioner to avail all benefits of promotion and pay scale.

ORDER
The writ petition has been filed challenging the revised seniority list issued by the third respondent and to restore the petitioner in the 2016-2017 panel along with original seniority list in its previous correct position enabling the petitioner to avail all benefits of promotion and pay scale.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
