(CR.NO. 645 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condtiion imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 20463 of 2021 and same was allowed dated 12.11.2021 with on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.BALACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20463 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without any deviation and the respondent police has also filed the charge sheet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
