This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn as the petitioner prefers to seek his relief in the writ appeal i.e, W.A.No.2532 of 2023, wherein he has sought impleadment.

2. To be noted, writ appeal has been filed by the respondent in W.P.No.473 of 2022, challenging order dated 19.01.2022 and the petitioner has filed petition for impleadment in the writ appeal on the ground that he is an interested party. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
