Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to produce the sureties order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 1528 of 2021 datd 03.02.2021 in Crime No. 03 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.STALIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to execute the sureties made in Crl.O.P.No. 1528 of 2021 dated 03.02.2021.
2. This Court on 03.02.2021, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of the Madras High Court Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, within a period of two weeks.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.
4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner could not able to arrange the money within a stipulated time and hence, he could not able to comply with the condition.
5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for complying the condition time is extended till 21.03.2022 with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the anticipatory bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 04/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
