A.No.629 of 2021 in T.O.S.No.43 of 2018 R.PONGIAPPAN, J., This application has been filed to implead the surviving legal representatives of the deceased first defendant in T.O.S.No.43 of 2018.

2. Today, when the application is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents present physically and made submission as he is not having any objection for allowing this application.

3. Hence, in view of the same, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the suit and list the matter on 16.03.2021 for filing amended copy of the petition.
