The petitioner seeks disposal of his representation that has been filed in 31.01.2022 which, in my view is pre-mature as there is nothing on record to indicate that the petitioner has pursued the same before the authorities or even allowed the authorities a reasonable time to process the request, cause enquiry and pass orders.

2. Hence, the mandamus sought for cannot be issued and this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
