This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.419 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 1/4

Based on the complaint, which is prima facie non compoundable offence, a case has been registered in Crime No.419 of 2022 by the 1st respondent police. Now the accused in that complaint is before this Court to quash the FIR stating that the defacto complainant and the petitioner herein has settled their dispute. If it is so, it is for the parties to appear before the respondent police, report the same and give quietus to the complaint, the Court cannot at this stage record the compromise. Hence, the parties are directed to appear before the 1st respondent police and report the compromise for the 1st respondent to take necessary action.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
