O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this Criminal Original Petition seeking a direction to call for the records in Crime No.199 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the FIR, dated 16.08.2019 therein, in sofar as the 2nd accused is concerned.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned appearing for the petitioner reported that the petitioner/A2 died on 13.06.2022 and he has also filed a memo to that effect enclosing a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as the charges framed as against the deceased petitioner/A2 stand abated. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
